윈도우 재설치 후 MS Office 설치시 아래와 같은 오류가 발생하며 설치가 안될 때 해결방법 소개 "Windows installer 서비스가 하나 또는 그 이상의 보호된 windows 파일을 업데이트할 수 없습니다." Windows CD의 CD:\i386\FP40EXT.CAB 파일 안에 들어있는 fp4Autl.dll, FP4AWEC.DLL, fp4Awel.dll, fpencode.dll 파일을 복사해서 아래 폴더에 복사한 후 설치하면 해결됨 C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\40\bin
